PTX Private Group
Your nutrition and mindset coaching is delivered via our private Facebook group which also acts as a gym ‘lounge’ where you can interact with other members, ask questions and enjoy some extra support.
It’s been documented that you become an average of the people you spend most time with so the PTX Facebook group is a great place to spend mor time with like minded people.
PTX - Exercise System
Your 3 PTX sessions per week are delivered in our exclusive personal training studio and are based on 15 years and 10,000 hours of PT experience. Each session is designed to develop full body strength and tone married with super effective fat burning protocols. Learn to get the most from each workout so that every second you spend in the gym is helping you towards the vision you have created for yourself.

PTX - Nutrition System
Rather than overwhelming you with a complete diet overhaul from day one we slowly drip feed a new nutrition principle that you can tackle at your own pace. These lessons build up slowly over the course of the program allowing you to apply them to your life in a way that is sustainable for long term results. You will also have the opportunity to discuss these principles with Stephen and the other coaches in the Facebook group. A great nutrition plan must be two things. Effective and easy to follow. Our principles and the manner in which we deliver is definitely both.
PTX - Mindset System
To be successful long term you must nurture your mindset and before you even join PTX we start this process. From your very first appointment with Stephen you will have your thoughts guided to positive patterns which is then carried on throughout the programme. In your first week you will receive a lesson each day to set meaningful goals, understand the driving force behind it and how to maximise the likelihood of that dream becoming your reality. Then each week throughout the program you will receive a new mindset principle to ponder and help keep your brain on track.
MOST OTHER PROGRAMMES OUT THERE WILL LEAVE YOU:
- Craving your favourite foods - By eating less and less to get in shape, you’re actually doing your body more damage than good. It works for a short period then plateaus will drive you nuts.
- Completely exhausted with no energy. If you think you have to spend hours on the treadmill trust me - you’re dead wrong! I don’t know about you, but I couldn’t think of anything worse than standing on a treadmill or crosstrainer for hours on end, wasting my time and never seeing any noticeable results.
- Rebounding soon after completing the programme leaving you feeling weak and deflated once again.
What I’ve found from the other programmes is that they work for 4 weeks or so. But after that, you always end up with all the negative side effects above.
