PTX stands for Personal Training Extra. It was first designed as a bolt-on service to our 1-2-1 clients as a way of getting in some extra exercise out-with their PT sessions.
Due to popular demand we then made it available for anyone looking for something different to the normal gym classes. All of our instructors are PT qualified which shows through the focus on technique, our professionalism and approachability.
With PTX you're not just another number in the class. We genuinely want you to succeed, whatever that may look like for you.
Every Tuesday and Thursday 5.30pm
PTX Burn firms shreds the fat away with highly effective conditioning circuits utilising weighted sleds, battle ropes and plyometrics. You'll work your muscles in ways that you just can't get from conventional exercise.
Every Wednesday 9.30am
If you want to be strong, lean and powerful while burning a ton of fat at the same time then PTX Tone is for you. Using Kettlebells we increase the tension going through each and every one of your muscles and ramping up your metabolism.
Every Wednesday 7.30pm
Using the most up-to-date methods that boxers use to keep in tip top shape PTX Box gets you fighting the fat. With punching and kicking bags and pads and a big emphasis on core training you'll find this class super-effective and bags of fun.

What Will You Get With PTX?
- Specialist coaching. Your Personal Trainers Stephen, Nick and Callum are group training specialist. They know a thing or two about how to get into great shape and PTX sessions are highly popular.
- Private and exclusive studio. There will be no distractions, just solid direction for your training.
- Group Motivation. The group environment promotes mutual encouragement and motivation. You'll find yourself working harder than you have ever done before.
- Private online forum. We believe that a problem shared is a problem halved. Never be by yourself in your health and fitness journey with continuous contact with Stephen, Nick and Callum as well as all other members.
- 1-4 group personal training session per week. There will be a maximum of ten people in each class to ensure your coach can keep an eye on you.

What does PTX cost?
We keep numbers in each class to a maximum of 10 people. This ensures quality training for each participant but also requires advanced booking in any given month. Sessions are paid in advance by Direct Debit (no contract and cancel at any time)
1 Class per week = £43 per month.
2 Classes per week = £72 per month
3 Classes per week = £97 per month
4 Classes per week = £115 per month
