Body Transformation Assessment
In order to establish whether you are a good fit for our programme you are invited to complete our 'Body Transformation Assessment’ where we can establish your exercise history, your nutrition knowledge, set some personal goals, assess where you are starting from and create a realistic timeline for achieving them.
If you are serious about transforming your body, health and lifestyle this assessment is essential.
Project:12 App and Private Group
Your nutrition and mindset coaching is delivered via our custom mobile app. This is also where you will keep a record of your weight, measurements and progress photos each week. You'll k now exactly what you should be doing each day of the programme with your weekly schedule as well as being held accountable with constant private messaging directly with Stephen
The facebook group is there so class participants can talk to each other as well as additional coaching from your personal trainers should you need it.
Project:12 Advanced Training System
Weeks 1-4. Metabolism Booster - Designed to raise your metabolism pathing the way for all future success.
Weeks 5-8. Fat Burner - By increasing the demand on your muscles we accelerate your fat burning, even when you leave the gym.
Weeks 9-12. Muscle Tone - We introduce new exercises and give your workouts a new dynamic. The result? Increased fat burning and great muscle tone.
Project:12 Progressive Nutrition System
Rather than overwhelming you with a complete diet overhaul from day one we slowly drip feed a new nutrition principle each week. These lessons build up slowly over the course of the program allowing you to apply them to your life in a way that is sustainable for long term results. You will also have the opportunity to discuss these principles with Stephen and the other coaches via the app, facebook group and in-person during sessions. A great nutrition plan must be two things. Effective and easy to follow. Our principles and the manner in which we deliver is definitely both.
Project:12 Mindset and Motivation System
To be successful long term you must nurture your mindset and before you even join Project:12 we start this process. From your very first appointment with Stephen you will have your thoughts guided to positive patterns which is then carried on throughout the programme. In your first week you will receive a lesson each day to set meaningful goals, understand the driving force behind it and how to maximise the likelihood of that dream becoming your reality. Then each week throughout the program you will receive a new mindset principle to ponder and help keep your brain on track.
Project:12 Sustained Success System
We pride ourselves on getting results, not just for the 12 weeks but for long after too. To this end your results from Project:12 will be evaluated on week 6 and week 12. Your 6-week check-in is used to measure progress, deal with any issues and ensure maximum results moving into the last 6 weeks.
Your 12-week check-in is a little more in depth setting new goals, planning your journey forward and ensuring you are 100% happy with the next steps to take. This step is similar to the very first Body Transformation Assessment you do before joining the programme.
MOST OTHER PROGRAMMES OUT THERE WILL LEAVE YOU:
- Craving your favourite foods - especially at your time of the month (Yep, I know about that stuff too). By eating less and less to get in shape, you’re actually doing your body more damage than good. It works for a short period then plateaus will drive you nuts.
- Completely exhausted with no energy. If you think you have to spend hours on the treadmill trust me - you’re dead wrong! I don’t know about you, but I couldn’t think of anything worse than standing on a treadmill or crosstrainer for hours on end, wasting my time and never seeing any noticeable results.
- Rebounding soon after completing the programme leaving you feeling weak and deflated once again.
What I’ve found from the other programmes is that they work for 4 weeks or so. But after that, you always end up with all the negative side effects above.
