I constantly use myself as a case study because like you, I don’t fit into a conventional box.

From early morning starts at 5am, sometimes having no time for lunch and nothing more than a 30 minute window to have a workout I have to constantly develop eating strategies and exercise routines that will fit into any lifestyle. I’m living proof that busy lives doesn’t have to mean poor health and that fitness ‘rules’ and guidelines are meant to be bent and broken to mould around even the most unique of lifestyles.

I believe you must prioritise your health and fitness if you want to thrive in today’s world.

That includes what food you eat and when you eat it, your activity level, stress levels, sleep quality and mental health.

These are already a part of your life whether you like it or not and with just a little focus and guidance you can easily optimise them all for maximum impact on your life.

I also believe that your health is THE single most important asset you have in an unpredictable world. And everyone — from entrepreneurs and business professionals to busy Mums and everyone in between— needs to prioritise it.

Having had a previous career in the British Armed Forces, playing numerous sports, self experimentation and over 10,000 hours of personal training I know what works... and what doesn’t!

My goal is to make you leaner, healthier and happier by giving you knowledge, tools and motivation that you can immediately use to improve your body and your life. Translation?

I’m here to make you look and feel your best.

Being the best you can be means more than just looking good. It means unlocking your physical potential, nurturing your health through good nutrition & functional movement and making sense of your emotional, psychological and spiritual well-being.

Stephen in one sentence….

Fitness, Family and Fun, not necessarily in that order.

“Have body confidence, be your own you and have fun with your training!”

After studying and working within sport for 8 years, I realised my passion for personal training at a later stage than most. I've always had a passion for health and fitness, studying sport science to degree level at university and sports coaching prior to that at college.. But never had the urge to be a personal trainer, So why?

With working alongside personal trainers in different local football clubs it was easy for me to see how rewarding the job was, I also received many different sessions from many different trainers, throughout this time my interest started to grow. As my knowledge became greater I then took the plunge into my personal training journey by becoming fully qualified myself and have never looked back!

Plus I get to wear a pair of trainers to work everyday! How cool is that?!

I realise effective training and having a “balanced diet” can be tricky at times, especially when you lack the knowledge and sometimes the motivation. This is where I can help you and most importantly we'll have fun doing so! With over 8 years of coaching experience I know the importance of tailoring my advice to each individual. Everyone has their own exercise and diet history so I adapt my advice to suit. Sometimes less is more, sometimes more is less and sometimes you have to forget all of that and just do some squats.

They say “if you enjoy your job you'll never work a day in your life”, I couldn't agree more with that and I am very fortunate to found something I love!

Nick's training philosophy -

“Fitness isn't about being better than someone else, it’s about being better than you used to be”

If you don't like something, change it.

If you had asked me three years ago if I wanted to work in the fitness industry the answer would have been a definite ‘NO’. But, as I started my own fitness journey training with Stephen to get ‘Wonder Woman ready’ for Comic Con in 2015, I quickly realised that health and fitness was something that I was truly passionate about. I committed to changing my path and turning this passion into a career that would allow me to inspire and motivate clients to strive to reach not only their fitness goals but their personal goals as well.

I took the step to study my HND in Fitness, Health and Exercise which qualified me as a Personal Trainer, Nutritional Advisor and Group Exercise Instructor.

I am committed to expanding my knowledge and skills so that I can provide clients with the best knowledge and advice. My aim is to encourage people to step outside of their comfort zone and to use fitness as an avenue to enhance not only their physical health but their overall mental wellbeing.

My own training evolves around power lifting, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, HIIT classes and flexibility training.

The trainer who might actually be a super hero one day… no, seriously.
