HOW IT WORKS

Assessment Week +

Assessment Week

You will be poked, prodded, pinched, stretched then pushed to your limit time after time after time. Our aim is to ascertain exactly where you are starting from so we can map your journey, highlight your strengths and detail your weaknesses. By the end of the first session we will know more about you than you knew yourself. This is an essential step in ensuring your 12 week programme progresses consistently towards your goal.

 

Part 2 of your assessment will be in the gym where you will be challenged, not just your body but your mind also. We need to know what you are capable of and how much we can push you. Your physical capacity is reliant on much more than just your muscles. The structure of your joints, your posture and motor skills will also be taken into consideration.

Week 2 +

Week 2

We will present your gym program with a walk through-talk through so you are 100% happy and comfortable with everything we have created for you. We’ll also discuss, in depth, your nutrition plan along with shopping list and recipe ideas to suit your lifestyle.

Weeks 3-12 +

Weeks 3-12

In case you weren’t already working hard week three is when we turn up the heat and really start to cook those fat stores. Throughout your entire program we need dedication, discipline and drive. We know the formula to transform your body but we need YOU to do the hard work and stay on track. As you progress so does your nutrition and training program to account for changing metabolism, rising fitness levels and transformation of your body.

WHO IS PROJECT:12 FOR?

Project:12 is for you if you are fed up with lack of results from your gym programme and are looking for expert coaching in the privacy of a dedicated PT studio away from the distractions of a busy gym and are willing to commit to a programme of change.

With the nature of our Project:12 programme we have limited space for new applicants. Please only apply for this programme if you are willing to make the changes necessary and are willing to commit yourself both physically and mentally for a minimum of three months.

PRICING OPTIONS

2 sessions per week option - £1011 (or 3 x £337)

3 sessions per week option - £1491 (or 3 x £497)

You will benefit from better results if you train with us 3 sessions per week. However we understand this isn't always possible and look forward to discussing your requirements during your free consultation.
