You will be invited into the studio to work together with Stephen to create a personal and actionable plan covering fitness, nutrition, lifestyle and some basic mindset principles.
We understand you may have a few apprehensions but please be assured we are here to make you feel comfortable throughout your whole experience with us. This is also an opportunity to see the training studio and ask any other questions you may have. Stephen will then guide you through creating your strategy and help you choose which programme best suits your needs.
The details you provide on this form will allow us to assess whether you are a good fit for our programmes as well ensuring our programmes will fit your needs. Once you have completed the form, Stephen will be in touch to arrange your strategy session at a time convenient to you.
